Posting by email, automatic image galleries
You can now post to Soup by email, including attachments. This is a great way to post from your iPhone, where you can use the standard "Share this/E-mail this" buttons built into the browser, camera app, etc. You'll find the email address to use in your Soup's options panel.
See our new FAQ for more information.
People often upload their images to photo services in larger batches, which can be annoying to scroll past when they're imported to Soup. Our new automatic image galleries group multiple consecutive photo imports from services like Flickr, Picasa or 23 together on the front page and in friends views. See a sample here.

What else have we been up to?
- Added support for more web services, including Plurk and vi.sualize.us, as well as German services Mister Wong, Yigg and Sevenload
- Groups can now be invite-only, and improvements were made to the joining process and the icons
- Images are now always zoomable by clicking them, even if they were posted via the bookmarklet
- Endless scrolling now also works upwards, where that makes sense (ie. once you've scrolled downwards enough)
- We now support photo orientation Exif data, so your images should always appear right-side-up in Soup
